Product Data & Retailer Requests
Sartano is an independent fashion discovery service. We help users find products and open the retailer's own site when they want to review final details.

How product information is used
Sartano may display product names, retailer names, images, prices, availability, sizes, product links, and Sartano-generated style metadata so users can discover and compare fashion items. Product information may come from public search and discovery sources, retailer-provided pages and feeds, approved partner feeds, affiliate feeds where available, and Sartano's own classification and enrichment.
Prices and availability
Prices, availability, colours, sizes, delivery options, and sale status can change quickly. Sartano may show when product data was last checked, but the retailer's site is the source to confirm final product details, price, availability, shipping, returns, and payment terms.
Sartano may use current and historical product-price observations to support features such as price-drop alerts or price-history views, where permitted by applicable retailer, affiliate-network, or data-provider terms.
Affiliate and retailer partners
Sartano may work with retailers, brands, affiliate networks, and product-feed providers to display approved product information and link users to retailer websites. Where a retailer, affiliate network, or data provider provides approved product-feed or API access, Sartano may use that data to display product names, brands, categories, prices, sale prices, stock status, product URLs, tracking links, and image URLs in the app.
Sartano does not sell retailer products directly, process checkout, warehouse products, or act as the merchant of record. Purchases are completed on the retailer's website and are subject to the retailer's own prices, availability, shipping, returns, payment terms, and policies.
Affiliate compliance
Sartano does not use coupon scraping, cashback, browser extensions, adware, spam, forced clicks, hidden redirects, misleading incentives, or trademark bidding. Affiliate tracking links are intended to be used only when a user intentionally opens a retailer or product link.
Retailer relationships
Sartano is not a retailer, marketplace, reseller, or payment processor. Unless a partnership is expressly stated, references to a retailer do not mean the retailer sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with Sartano. Sartano may earn commissions from qualifying links.
Correction or removal requests
Retailers, brands, rights holders, or users can ask us to correct, update, or remove product information. Email hello@sartano.app with the product URL or product name, the issue, and the best contact person for follow-up.
