Delete your account

Sartano is operated by Gloco Group Pty Ltd (ABN 54 696 251 304). If you would like your Sartano account and associated data removed, follow the steps below.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the Sartano app and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile (bottom navigation, rightmost tab).
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion. Deletion begins immediately and the data listed below is removed from active Sartano systems, subject to the retained records described below.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the Sartano app installed, send an email to hello@sartano.app with the subject line “Delete my Sartano account”. Include the email address your account is registered under so we can locate and verify it.

We action deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.

What is deleted

When you request deletion, the following data is permanently removed from Sartano’s systems:

  • Your account profile (email, display name, authentication records)
  • Your style profile and preferences (sizes, budget, style quiz answers)
  • Loved items, bookmarks, and saved outfits
  • Outfit generation history and AI chat history
  • Browsing and swipe history tied to your account
  • Subscription state and RevenueCat identifiers linked to your account

What may be retained

A small amount of information is retained where we are legally or operationally required to keep it:

  • Purchase and subscription records — retained for up to seven (7) years to meet Australian tax and consumer-law recordkeeping obligations. These records reference a transaction ID, not your profile content.
  • Anonymised, aggregated analytics — retained indefinitely for product improvement. These records do not identify you.
  • Backups — may contain residual copies of your data for up to 35 days after deletion, after which they are purged on the standard rotation.
